A TV channel for those who enjoy the inspiring combination of outdoor life, travel, adventure and action sports.
Our partnership with director Guilherme Zattar started well before the launch of the channel. We had an intense and fun exchange of references, surveys, videos, ideas and projects to put that dream on paper and take it to the houses of millions of people every day.
Positioning the channel was a job that began with two fundamental commitments: authenticity and quality. Authentic characters, real stories, Full HD images and amazing places, exploring four natural elements: water, earth, snow and air. These are the pillars of Canal OFF (“OFF Channel”), which found an inspiring interpretation in the text of writer and American adventurer Mark Twain: “Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Dream, explore, discover.”
Canal OFF is a window to a natural, exciting and inspiring world.
Since the launch campaign in 2011, we created and produced hundreds of videos, programs and projects. We accumulated thousands of miles in a dozen airlines, survived the Hawaiian seasons, closely followed the start of the “Brazilian Storm” generation and traveled in time with the series 70 and 80 e Tal; we also promoted sustainable attitudes with Coletivo OFF (OFF Collective) and celebrated cameramen, photographers, adventurers and dreamers in the unforgettable parties of the Canal OFF Award.
May the young, free and adventurous spirit of philosopher Mark Twain continue to inspire us for many years to come in this channel that is constantly expanding our horizons.
